Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of residential and light commercial construction projects. Strong leadership and multi-job organizational skill required.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from planning through completion
- Create and maintain project timelines and workflows
- Coordinate subcontractors, labor, equipment, and materials
- Conduct site visits to ensure work quality, safety, and progress
- Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal teams
- Track expenses and maintain budgets
- Resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure work meets codes, standards, and quality expectations
- Produce job progress reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction experience (field or management)
- Ability to read blueprints and scopes of work
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience managing subcontractors or crews
- Experience with estimating or job costing
- Familiarity with project management software (BuilderTrend, JobTread, etc.)
